By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide a search interface over publicly listed real estate data. Listing information originates from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Nothing on this site is an offer, an appraisal, or professional advice. Verify any detail that matters to you with a licensed agent before acting on it.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it current. You must be the age of majority in your province to hold an account.

If you opt in to being contacted, we may share your name and contact details with a licensed real estate agent so they can reach out about listings that match your search. This is optional, it is off unless you turn it on, and you can withdraw it at any time from your account settings.

Do not scrape, resell, or bulk-extract listing data, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is scheduled with a grace period during which you can restore it; after that the data is permanently removed. Enquiries you already sent to an agent remain in that agent's inbox and are outside our control.

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information or from interruptions to the service.

We may update these terms. When we do we bump the version shown above and ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use your account.
