Privacy policy

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and — if you provide it — your phone number. We record which consents you gave, when, and from what IP address, because we have to be able to demonstrate that you gave them. If you accept analytics, we collect usage events about how you search.

To operate your account, to let you return to homes you saved, and — only if you opt in — to introduce you to a licensed agent. We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in to agent contact, or if you submit a viewing request or contact form, your name and contact details are sent to a licensed real estate agent. Once an agent has received an enquiry it lives in their inbox and is subject to their own retention practices, not ours.

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. Nothing is loaded or collected until you accept analytics, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from your account settings or by declining the cookie banner.

You can view and correct your information, change any consent, and delete your account from your account settings. Deleting your account signs you out everywhere immediately and schedules permanent erasure after 30 days, during which you can restore it using the link we email you.

We keep your account data while your account is open. After the deletion grace period elapses your profile, preferences, and message history are permanently removed. We retain a non-identifying record that a deletion occurred.
