We set a session cookie when you sign in, and a small cookie recording your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit. These are required for the site to work and are not optional.

If you accept analytics, PostHog sets cookies to measure how people search for homes. These are not loaded at all until you accept — declining means the analytics script is never initialised.

You can change your analytics choice at any time from the privacy section of your account settings. Turning it off stops collection and clears the identifiers associated with your browser.
